I have done a lot since high school
National Pi Kappa Delta Debate Gold Medal
Published Author 8 times including four manuals on claims adjusting, communication, shop lifting (prevention) and the emergence of women in law enforcement.
Perhaps my biggest sucess was developing a communication ritual that saves law enforcement lives. The verbal judo of a traffic stop.

Since 1994 I faced a new challenge hearing with a cochlear implant or be totally deaf.
I am proud to have retired and currently coach debate at Buchanon High School not because I need to but because I love doing it. I am a teacher in the classroom because I have done it in the real world now I choose to inspire others. Thank you Mary Ann Holden Martin. May I spark others as much as you have sparked me.
